Terms : 1. Commission Structure: Commission Rate: Affiliates will receive a 15% commission on all referred sales for the first 3 months of the program. Misleading Links: Affiliates may not engage in misleading or deceptive marketing practices, including the use of clickbait or false promises. 6. Promotional Restrictions: Affiliates are encouraged to use the approved banners and creatives provided by City Unscripted through Awin. Custom creatives may be requested but must be approved before use. Any email marketing campaigns that feature affiliate links must comply with all applicable email marketing laws (e.g., CAN-SPAM Act) and guidelines. 7. Cancellation & Reversals: Commissions may be reversed for bookings that are canceled, refunded, or otherwise unfulfilled. Affiliates found to be in violation of these terms or engaging in fraudulent behavior may have their commissions withheld and their affiliate account terminated. 8. Program Termination: City Unscripted reserves the right to terminate or modify this affiliate program at any time with 7 days' notice. Affiliates will be notified via email of any significant changes. 9. Affiliate Support: City Unscripted offers dedicated affiliate support to help you succeed.
