Terms : 1. The Promoter of the competition is Freesmo Limited with registered office at 12 Palmyra Road, Bristol, BS3 3HU. The competition is open to UK residents aged 18 years or older, except employees of the Promoter, their families, agents or any third party directly associated with its administration. 3. The Promoter will make all reasonable efforts to ensure no changes are made to the timetable below. However, if there is any issue on the side of the Promoter which prevents the competition from being run normally, the Promoter may vary the timetable accordingly. 4. The competition opens on 1st October and closes on 31st October. Any entries received outside this period will not be accepted. How to Enter 5. To enter the competition, the customer needs to make a purchase in the e-shop of the Promoter. The number of entries per customer is not limited. The Prizes 6. There will be a total of 30 runner-up prizes and 1 grand prize. Descriptions and limitations of the prizes are detailed below. 7. The grand prize is iPhone 16. 256 GB., 8. Runner-up prize 1 is one of 20 Amazon vouchers with a value of 50 GBP. The terms and conditions of Amazon.com, Inc. apply to the use of the vouchers. 9. Runner-up prize 2 is one of 10 Nando’s restaurants vouchers 20 GBP. The terms and conditions of Nando’s apply to the use of the vouchers. 10. The Promoter will randomly select one winner from all valid entries received during the competition period for each of the prizes (so a maximum of 31 winners). 11. The selection will take place on 7th November. Winner Notification and Announcement 12. Once the winner is randomly selected for each prize, the Promoter will contact the winner via e-mail within 3 days. If the winner fails to respond within 7 days, it is deemed that the winner has refused to take up the prize and the Promoter will offer the prize to the next eligible participant randomly selected from the entries. 13. The Promoter’s decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into. 14. The winner of the grand prize shall send the Promoter a picture with the prize for publication on Promoter’s website for marketing purposes. Data protection and Publicity 15. By entering this competition,participants consent to the collection of personal data necessary for its administration. After a winner is confirmed, the Promoter will publish or make available information that indicates that a valid award took place. If the winner objects to the publication made available, please contact the Promoter as specified in section 1. The Promoter may also share such personal information with a regulatory body when necessary. 17. Any of the personal information so collected in the administering of the competition will not be shared with any third party unless it is necessary to administer the competition, or to manage or provide the prizes. General Terms 18. There is no cash or credit alternative and each prize is non-transferable, non-negotiable and is not for resale. 19. The Promoter reserves the right to disqualify any entrant from the competition if, in its sole judgment, the entrant has not complied with these terms and conditions, has tampered with the operation of the prize draws, or has engaged in any conduct that is detrimental or unfair to the Promoter, the competition, or any other entrant. 20. The Promoter reserves the right to amend or cancel the competition at any time if circumstances arise outside its control 21. These terms and conditions shall be governed by English law, and the parties submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
