Terms : Introduction: These Terms and Conditions govern the use of the Awin-exclusive affiliate voucher code 33RETHINK (henceforth referred to as "Voucher Code") created for distribution by Approved 33Fuel Awin Publishers (henceforth referred to as “Publisher”). 33Fuel is henceforth referred to as “Advertiser”. By distributing this Voucher Code, the Publisher agrees to the following terms: Eligibility and Use: The Voucher Code is intended for use by the Publisher’s followers or audience and may not be used by the publisher themselves for personal purchases. The Voucher Code is valid for online purchases made through the Publisher’s affiliate links. Any misuse may result in disqualification from the affiliate program and withholding of commissions. How the Voucher Code Works: When a customer uses the Voucher Code at checkout, the Publisher will earn a commission of 10% of the total purchase value before taxes and shipping. The Voucher Code must be applied correctly by the customer for the Publisher to receive commissions. Commission and Tracking: The Publisher earns a 10% commission on valid transactions, as tracked and confirmed by Awin’s affiliate system. Tracking is facilitated through Awin's tools for proper attribution. Commissions are based on the purchase value excluding taxes, shipping, or other applicable fees. All payments will be made in accordance with Awin's payment schedule and terms. Publishers are responsible for ensuring their account information is correct to receive commissions. Publisher Responsibilities Publishers are responsible for distributing the Voucher Code to their audience in compliance with Awin’s publisher policies, which include transparency about affiliate relationships and the nature of promotions. Publishers must not engage in fraudulent activity, including self-referrals, or encourage customers to use the code improperly. The publisher will lose access to the Voucher Code if Awin or the Advertiser determines that the code is being misused. Limitations and Exclusions The Voucher Code cannot be combined with other discounts unless specifically allowed by the Advertiser. The Voucher Code has an expiration date of 01/01/2026. The Voucher Code may be revoked at any time without prior notice. Data Protection and Privacy Use of the Voucher Code may involve the collection and processing of personal data as per Awin’s Data Protection Policy, GDPR, and relevant national laws. For more information, please refer to the Awin and the Advertiser’s privacy policies. Liability and Dispute Resolution The Advertiser is not responsible for errors in voucher application, technical issues with affiliate tracking, or delays in the processing of commissions by Awin. In case of disputes related to commissions or voucher usage, the terms set by Awin's affiliate program will prevail. Changes to the Terms The Advertiser reserves the right to change or terminate these terms and the Voucher Code at any time. Any updates to these Terms will be communicated via the Awin Platform and will take effect immediately. Governing Law These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the United Kingdom.
